Hi! My name’s Darcy and I’ve been working in the Hospitality and Catering industry for over 5 years now.
My real-world experience coupled with my Chef’s Diploma and L2 Apprenticeship means I can deliver both by-the-book lessons online or in-person , and also give you real industry tips and tricks on the side.
With my experience , I’d be a great help for anyone in need of assistance with studying a Food related subject such as GCSE Food Tech or higher, and would also be open to teaching small cookery classes or healthy eating classes in the comfort of your own home or workplace. I cover a variety of different cuisines and food ranges, specialising in British Cuisine, Healthy Eating , Vegetarian Cuisine and Budget Eating.
