?? What My Lessons Are Like

My lessons are structured but flexible and always tailored to your needs. Here’s how they usually work:

Before the lesson: I’ll set a short video on the topic for you to watch, so you come in with some background knowledge. Alongside this, you’ll get a homework sheet with exam-style questions to try.

During the lesson: We’ll go through your homework together, tackling the questions, clearing up anything you found difficult, and answering all your questions. This way, lessons are focused on active problem-solving rather than passive note-taking.

Trial lesson: This first session will be used to understand what level you’re working at, so we can decide together which topics to start from and how best to structure your learning.

The vibe of my lessons is informal and friendly — more like a conversation between friends than a strict classroom. We’ll work hard, but we’ll also keep it light, with space to chat and joke along the way.

?? My Experience

I’ve been tutoring for the past 3 years, working with students from Year 7 all the way up to college level. Over this time, I’ve supported students of all abilities — from those aiming to secure a pass to those pushing for the very top grades. Being a current Dental student, I’ve personally been through the pressure of sitting tough exams in Maths and Science, and I bring that understanding into my lessons. My past students have not only improved academically but also grown in confidence and exam technique, which often makes the biggest difference on the day.
