Depending on what's your goal and staring point there are several ways we can approach your journey,
If online based: after an online consultation where I will gather informations like: goal/s, experience level, equipment available, likes and dislikes, nutritional habits, physical conditions and so on.
I will use the this information to create a bespoke plan tailored to suit your goal/s and requirements, the plan will be uploaded into an app that will allow me to track your progression and review the programme on a weekly base adjusting exercises, intensity and volume of work.
i require weekly follow ups and updates, especially for beginners, so expect a video call/call once per week/10 days depending on the level of guidance required.
If in person, It's a similar process, you will have a consultation with me, then I will create your plan give you access to my app, and one, twice or three times per week (based on your availability) i will have an in person session with you, to maximise technique, prevent injury and make sure you are working proficiently, cause it's not about moving a weight from A to B, but It's about you move that weight!
