In our first call, we will be looking at your fitness level and decide how to structure our sessions.

Based on your needs, we can work on body transformation, strength training or simply improve your general fitness level.

This is a sample plan we can work on together:

- Gym foundations: Learn how to use gym equipment efficiently, safely and effectively to achieve results.
- Dieting: A general introduction to dieting and how to stay on top of the game in your daily life.
- Technique and posture: We will look at the correct ways of maintaining good technique and posture during your sessions.
- Tracking and improving: Alongside your diet, we will look at fitness plans and how to vary them over time to improve and get you up and running independently.
- Training styles: Bodyweight, gym machines, calisthenics, Hyrox and much more.

In addition to the above, you will be able to pick one of these "specialisations" (of course, feel also free to propose your own ideas):

1) Body Transformation: This part has a large component of dieting. We will need to look at how you can effectively manage your diet, with some simple diet plans, in order to slowly improve your body shape and see results over time. A good and consistent workout plan, along with dieting, will get you in great shape in a couple of months' time.

2) Strength Training: This type of training focuses on improving general body strength. We will also look at some basics of dieting, however, a major focus will be on gym training and equipment to maximize results. These include increasing muscle mass and strengthening specific muscle and body parts.

3) General fitness improvement: Here we can look at how to stay in shape throughout the year, without needing to put too much effort and with the final goal of maintaining a great fitness level. This plan will include everything mentioned above, without going too much into the technical details. A good component of this training will be cardio, as that is at the core of keeping a very good overall fitness level in your daily life.
