I'm a UK-trained, HCPC-registered physiotherapist and CSP member with nearly 20 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal health, sports medicine, and biomechanics. I teach online via various platforms in a freelance style basis. Lessons are flexible and can fit around your schedule from anywhere. Whether you want to understand anatomy and physiology for exams, explore sports science and injury prevention, or get tailored support as a student or professional, I'll build a personalised plan around your goals and current level.
