Daniel Rain Olorunfemi

I am a motivated educator, speech analyst, and communicator with experience spanning 11 years within and outside the classroom. I am passionate in delivering knowledge, observing and nurturing people to grow as responsible citizens involved in the development of their society. A a detailed analyst possessing an eye for subtleties and intricacies, I commit myself to seeing and knowing the student and their especial needs in order to design the appropriate means of helping them learn. I am a firmly grounded literary critic. I am well able to monitor individuals in need of extra attention. I have a strong affinity for bonding with people pleasantly within the shortest time possible.

Every student is unique in their own way with distinct learning and assimilation paces. I take the time to identify the hidden desires, questions, confusions, errors, fears, and concerns that students have in order to help them move away from the points of their questions to their answers, from their confusions to their understanding, from their errors to their clarity, from their fears to their confidences, and to further allay their concerns.

I adopt a one to one teaching approach with my students. Even if it is a classroom situation, I tutor everyone in the class as though I was tutoring a single student. This creates a lovely and pleasant bond between my students and I. I create a conducive learning environment that flows into my relationships with my students outside of the lecture room. This way, they are able to share things with me and learn from my every day life. I am therefore open to creating connections that evolve into a lifelong beauty.
