I am a Boxing Coach, Personal Trainer and Life Coach/Mentor with over 10 years experience.

I have worked in a number of challenging environments but my favourite is Residential Childcare. I enjoy sitting down and listening to young people and helping them see another way to overcome things that stand in their way.

I have become the type of person that i would of really benefited from as a younger person. I am able to help people find solutions to some of their challenges.

I have created programs specifically designed to guide people to success in any area of life.

I am able to say this due to my knowledge and experiences.
