My classes are based on communication evidence. I prove learning by searching for evidence of communication in the lessons. If there is no communication, no learning is taking place.
I'm also satisfied with the way in which I manage errors and mistakes. I try to convince students that they are a part of the journey and that they don't need to worry about them and just try to enjoy the wonderful path of becoming an English speaker with all its benefits.
I use Task Based Approach, Role Plays, exam exercises of all types and always try to make students aware of the sounds of the language by teaching them the basics of phonetics and exposing them to diverse regional accents and intonations.
I understand that there aren't two identical groups or students and that is the reason why a teacher never stops learning how to reach to the point in which learning is taking place. Every new student is an opportunity to add a new experience and learn something from the teaching-learning process that this specific group or student has shown in a unique form.
