I obtained my bachelor's degree in medical sciences.

I have been training staffs and working in customer services for 10 years.

I am patient and meticulous when dealing with enquiries. I very much enjoyed talking with people with significantly different backgrounds and understanding their needs.

I have trained 24 team members for my branch, they all passed their level and got their certificates.

My teaching philosophy is simple. I use a hands-on technique and am approachable to my students. I incorporate fun into my lessons when possible. And while my easy-going style is suitable for many subjects and grades, I am also able to adapt my style to the needs of the student.
