I have been a high school English and Media Studies teacher since 2006, as well as holding roles in counseling, course advisory, behavioral management and college guidance. I have a patient, empathetic and encouraging manner, and I enjoy getting to know my students individually so that my teaching 'meets them where they are' and builds on their existing skills while improving any areas of weakness.

As an avid reader and a quick thinker, I can help you with all secondary school texts and any assignments you need to complete. We can also explore how to use A.I as a tool for you to learn, rather than a shortcut that prevents genuine, lasting understanding.
I tutor and teach online, and travel regularly, which makes my hours flexible - weekends and school holidays included. I'm happy to deal with whatever difficulties you are having, or prepare more structured lessons to extend and deepen what you're learning in school.
