Damian Pratt

Damian is an amazing teacher who is able to tailor teaching to the individual needs of each student. He was my Year 1 and, subsequently, my Year 3 teacher in Primary school - in which I have many fond memories. His classes were always engaging and he has the ability of making difficult topics ‘digestible’. After Primary school, he has still been a great support and has encouraged me in pursuing teaching - in which I am now teaching Grade 10 & 12 Drama and English in China. When creating my lessons, I often think back to Damian’s, fifteen years prior, and how I can get the same engagement and - hopefully - the same effect he had on me and my peers. I would recommend his skills and time to anybody, and all who have him would be immensely lucky and privileged - for you are in the hands of an experienced, but above all passionate, teacher.
