It is important for me to get to know you and gauge your ability in English so that I can understand how to best tailor my lessons to suit your needs. A firm focus on having strong foundations in the fundamental components of reading, spelling and writing, will allow us to unlock many of the barriers to learning in English. Together, we can then interpret and appreciate great texts from the National Curriculum, whilst being creative and imaginative in our own writing. Fun activities, interesting games, and multisensory aids can enhance your learning and make English accessible.

At the heart of it, I want students to love the subject as much as I do, and to feel confident that they can express themselves eloquently in both the spoken and written word.
