My lessons are calm, supportive and structured to build confidence step by step. I start by asking students about their goals, strengths and challenges so I can adjust the pace and level to what they really need. Together, we agree on a simple plan for each session so students always know what we are focusing on and why.
In a typical lesson, I explain topics in clear, simple language, then break them into smaller parts. I use examples, guided questions and short practice tasks to help students understand, not just memorise. I encourage students to think aloud and ask questions, because this shows me how they are thinking and where they may feel confused. I give gentle, honest feedback and show them exactly how to improve.
Because of my background as a radiologic technology graduate with clinical and caregiving experience, I am very used to supporting people who feel anxious, under pressure or lacking in confidence. I bring that same patience, empathy and professionalism into my teaching. I am organised and punctual, and I respect each student’s pace, culture and personality.
Lessons can be one-to-one online, using screen-sharing, digital whiteboards and documents, or message-based support with clear, practical guidance. Over time, I help students develop better study habits, time management and self-belief, not only better grades or skills. My aim is for every student to feel heard, supported and capable of progressing in their own journey
