Hi! My name is Cristina, I am a Second Year Undergraduate Biochemistry student at Imperial College London! :)

I am motivated to tutor Biology and Chemistry at high school or A-level/IB level. I have tutoring experience during my IB Programme and have been a Study Skills mentor this year at my university, so I have experience learning about what other students want to improve and how to approach it in a dynamic way: I believe a very important thing to ensure progress is to find a schedule and method that keeps YOU motivated and disciplined!

My sessions will begin by learning about what it is you want to improve the most and in which subject (I mainly focus on Biology and Chemistry but have also successfully tutored high school Maths). Then, the dynamic of the lesson will be catered to what it is that wants to be bettered, whether that is re-explaining concepts, going through practice problems and past paper questions or learning how to tackle new ones!

To improve availability, my sessions will be online via Zoom: I am happy to arrange them week by week to find a time that works for both of us and that is mostly convenient for you (e.g. before a test or during a topic you don't understand very well).
