Dynamic of the lesson will be active and I will try to engage you as much as possible, get you to talk about your understanding of topics and work through examples to see how you think about them mathematically. I will use some methods, and analogies that I found useful when I was struggling as a student. I will also break down the topics you are covering them by exploring what they actually are and where they come from, sometimes explaining the language translation of it whether it is Greek, Latin, Arabic as this can help students understand what their aim is when they are trying applying classroom theory.

I will also use an array of slideshows that I have made over the years in order to visualise problems or data. Because Mathematics is a specific and complex domain; which includes many different processes, such as arithmetic, algebra, word problems, geometry as well as cumulative reasoning; the processes build on each other such that mastery of an advanced skill requires mastery of many basic skills, the lessons produced can be varied and some topics will also overlap. So if there are topics that you find straightforward I will try to build upon this and integrate the methods, and techniques from this topic in order create an understanding of other topics.

I try to be as laidback as possible during the lessons, to try and prevent any stress or worry that you may already have about exams, homework, or just meeting someone new! I look forward to working with and helping you as much as I can in order to see you achieve your potential.
