12 years of teaching English as a Foreign Language. I use a student centered approach in my lessons, with a strong emphasis of student self-assessment to help students form a stronger language awareness by knowing which skills they need to improve. I always give students a VAK assessment during there first few lessons to understand what kind of Leaner they are, then apply this evidence to giving them better lesson plans.
