I offer Public Speaking Coaching drawing on 30+ years in language, communication, voice-over work, and performance, and 20+ years in corporate leadership roles. Public speaking is all about perception: I help you build presence, clarity, confidence, and impact, whether you are preparing for meetings, presentations, interviews, or public events. I work with all accents and help with enunciation, drawing on my language teaching experience. My approach is holistic and somatic: we consider self-perception, body awareness, breath, posture, and intention. I also use my experience in theatre and musical theatre, your imagination, and more to help you find your own way of connecting with an audience and communicate with greater ease. We can also work on overcoming hurdles such as shyness, stage fright, fear of judgement, and rejection sensitive dysphoria, always within a practical coaching framework. Together, we explore your fears through best case and worst case scenarios. We also apply human connection principles. Sessions take place in a safe environment where trying is rewarded and stumbling is embraced. They are tailored and interactive: we identify your goals, review your delivery, and work on voice, pace, structure, body language, storytelling, audience connection, and handling questions. Through focused rehearsal, constructive feedback, and concrete experiments, you develop habits you can apply immediately and build lasting confidence over time. I draw from your strengths, your existing knowledge and abilities to help you leverage them and rise above your challenges. Share more about your upcoming needs and presentations, and we can take it from there.
