In my online accounting tutor classes, I would prioritise an interactive learning experience for each student. Offering one-to-one sessions, with the option for more if desired, allows me to focus on individual strengths and weaknesses, tailoring the curriculum to meet their specific needs. I would either assign preparatory questions for students to complete before the session or use questions provided by their school or university.

Before the class commences, I would carefully review their answers, identifying areas that need improvement and those where they performed well. During the live session, I would share my screen with the questions and solutions, carefully walking through the correct methods and techniques. By doing so, I aim to highlight the concepts they grasp well and address any misunderstandings or errors constructively.

Furthermore, I would actively encourage my students to ask questions and clarify doubts during the class. I believe that open communication fosters a supportive learning environment, enabling students to gain a deeper understanding of accounting principles and concepts.

Recognising that accounting covers a wide range of topics, I am committed to accommodating specific requests from my students. If they want to delve deeper into particular sections or topics that they find challenging, I would allocate dedicated time for in-depth explanations and practice.

Additionally, I would incorporate real-world examples and case studies into the lessons to illustrate the practical applications of accounting principles. This approach would enhance their comprehension and prepare them to tackle accounting challenges confidently.
