I have done GCSE and A-level maths and have helped younger students during my experiences in education. Due to my youth, I feel as though I am well suited to aid any student, from students struggling to improve grades or students in the top percentiles. Also, I will keep formatting variable to prevent boredom/repetition to come in to place as I believe this is when failure is imminent.
Also, I tend to prefer students choosing/suggesting what to focus on as they have the best insight into what they need to grow academically for their personalised goals. I will help to teach study skills, content and exam practice as these 3 components all build for a successful experience. I will do online lessons due to me starting university in September so travel is more difficult and less flexible during university term times. This allows me to tutor year round consistently to build a routine with my students. Furthermore, I will be fully flexible to do lessons as long as previously told when and that it doesn't clash with university.
I also, will retain good communication incase there are ever issues with lessons and will efficiently sort out a resolution to any potential issues regarding tutor times.
Finally, I would like to also include that I'm also supportive with both studies and other potential issues/worries and will listen if anybody needs it to maintain a steady bond and help calm potential exam nerves to allow anybody to showcase their true intelligence rather than allowing exams to put them off.
