Connor Earnshaw

Hi! My name is Connor and I'm hoping to become your maths tutor :)

I am a recent graduate from the University of Durham in Maths & Economics. I have roughly two years of experience as a private tutor in various subjects, and I am keen to teach mathematics at all levels of ability.

Previously, I've tutored online using various whiteboard platforms such as Jamboard and ClickUp. During my sessions, I like to allow students the freedom to tackle problems independently when they are confident, whilst also having the reassurance that I can support them with advice or a complete demonstration on how to solve a problem if they need a hand.

While I understand that passing your exams is the most important thing, I hope that I can show you that maths is an incredibly fascinating tool that is used all around us. Even if you don't use it in your daily life after school, it's still good exercise for your brain!
