We usually start by checking in on how things are going, then focus on one or two specific goals or challenges, such as managing stress, improving motivation, organising study time, or building confidence. Sessions are conversational and practical, combining reflection with simple tools and strategies students can use straight away. I bring strong listening skills and experience supporting people through change, and my aim is always for students to leave feeling clearer, more confident, and better equipped to handle both their studies and everyday pressures.
