I have 16 years of experience in the nutrition field and have worked with many groups and individuals to support them with their nutritional and health needs, plus I have worked with many companies providing cooking support specifically, including various schools and health initiatives. I work at various nutrition clinics doing one to one nutrition consultations and also deliver nutrition talks to either sports or corporate companies, which can be generally on healthy eating or other more specific nutrition topics.

I can provide practical support around how to plan and shop for the best foods, alongside any support needed with the cooking side. I am experienced with supporting people with the budgeting skills needed to ensure the best food can be bought, despite being on a tighter budget and have lots of practical tips and advice around this.

I can also deliver nutritional and cooking support via one to one consultations or via groups. I teach either through the use of Powerpoint slides or through interactive group work especially if we are going to be making food as part of the workshop. There will always be time for questions that specifically need answering.

I also provide nutrition plans, recipes or handouts specific to the topic, where appropriate, which I usually send after the seminars/workshops.

I have a holistic and enthusiastic approach and advice is always tailored to the individual or group.

I can provide one off support or ongoing support, which can be designed around the needs of the group or individual.
