I am a qualified coach and run two businesses that help self-employed women navigate their working journey with more ease and flow.
Whatever you're learning and working journey is, your mind can play havoc with your mojo. I can support you through the times when you feel you need a boost and when you need a sounding board.
I can't do the work for you, but I can help you find your own answers and learn to regulate your thoughts and emotions. This will help you get from where you are now, to where you want to be in your life.
You'll explore your starting point and discover where you want to get to, making goals and a step by step aligned strategy to get you there. We will work with raising your identity and confidence, in order for you to step into the next version of yourself; a version that aligns with your desires and goals. Taking aligned action to get you there is crucial.
Working with a coach will give you accountability and move you further down your path quicker, as long as you take responsibility and aligned action. I'll be there, cheerleading you forward.
In our first session we'll look at your current reality and explore what your vision for the future and your desires are. These could be learning goals or work goals. A bespoke programme will be created with you, considering your budget and timescale. Subsequent sessions could include, looking at sabotaging thoughts and behaviours, subconscious programmes that keep you small or stop you in your tracks. Emotional regulation, pushing past fears and stretching your comfort zones. On the other side of fear is where the magic happens! If you come across problems getting in the way, I can use a problem-shifting technique to neutralise your emotions about the problem, so you can keep moving in your desired direction.
