I typically begin by understanding the learner’s starting point, confidence level, and objectives. Sessions are then built around a clear outcome, with a balance of explanation, guided practice, and applied activities. I use real-life scenarios, discussion, and problem-solving tasks to ensure learning is not just understood, but usable in real situations.

Lessons are interactive rather than lecture-based. I encourage learners to think, question, and apply, while I guide and challenge where needed. Each session ends with clear takeaways and, where appropriate, focused actions to reinforce progress between lessons.

With over 36 years’ experience, including 25 years with British Airways and current work delivering and quality assuring vocational programmes, I bring both industry credibility and structured teaching expertise.
