I started cooking and baking as a child and went on to study at the one of best patisserie schools in France. I even spent time with the World Champion of Ice Cream Making - that was a big draw for me, I love ice cream.
I now work as a freelance chef and also teach kids baking workshops at food festivals around the country - might see you there :)
Happy to guide children through their first recipe, help later starters on their journey to cake greatness or offer tips and tricks to make things extra perfect.
