A typical lesson begins with a short grounding practice to help you arrive fully in the moment. We then explore a theme — such as awareness, self-compassion, or resilience — through discussion, guided mindfulness exercises, and reflective journaling. I draw on tools from neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence research, blending ancient wisdom with modern science in a way that feels relevant and accessible.
