My lessons are calm, structured and supportive, with an element of fun, delivered online via Zoom. Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand how the student is feeling, followed by clear goals for the lesson so they know exactly what to expect.

I use Belief Coding techniques alongside practical learning strategies to help students with ADHD manage exam anxiety, stress, overthinking and low confidence. Many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because anxiety and negative beliefs block focus, memory and performance. Belief Coding helps to gently clear these blocks, allowing students to feel calmer, more confident and better able to access what they know.

Lessons are interactive and paced to suit the student, with flexibility for attention, emotional regulation and energy levels. I focus on building confidence, resilience and effective coping strategies, so students feel supported not just academically, but emotionally too especially during exams and high-pressure periods. I have worked successfully with students, many of whom have exceeded their own expectations.
