My lessons will be fun and informative. I want my students to be keen to learn and will therefore ask them how they prefer to learn to ensure I can get them to engage fully with me and in lesson. I strive for my students to feel comfortable during lessons and the best way to achieve this is to set learning dynamic in which they are comfortable and understand. I have experienced myself struggling to learn through not being able to understand the dynamic in which the teacher is presenting the lesson. I found it hard to engage, concentrate and believe that I could do it. I would like my students to feel as though they can get help when they need it as well as learning in a manner that they feel comfortable doing so. My job as a tutor is to provide student with the best possible chance of learning English as well as they can. By allowing the students to choose how they'd like to learn increases the chance of them being fully motivated to be in the lesson as well as pushing them to the best of their ability. Our lessons will start off with a basic understanding of the English language, we will go through basic punctuation, grammar and vocabulary. We will then proceed to apply the skills learnt into story writing and other innovative ways to showcase the skills learnt.
