Jessica Ho is highly experienced instructor with over 20 years’ experience in music education and working as musician. A graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts(Music). She has had experience teaching piano and keyboard one-to-one lessons, and also in groups student of all ages, primary and secondary schools’ ensemble classes and band as well. Leading students to join competitions and anniversary / public performances.
What Jessica offers:
Jessica offers lessons on piano, keyboard, theory, composition, analysis skills, ear/ aural training, songwriting with arranging, as well as academic music and production lessons with using updated music production and score editing software, such as Sibelius, Finale, Logic-Pro, Pro-tools. Jessica is currently based in south of Birmingham and can give lessons online or at teacher’s place. She has private students both online and in person. Students can choose their own genres and song lists.
For online lessons, Jessica built up a portal with shared link to students for practicing and revision at anytime and anywhere. So that students can have good improvement on their music learning.
Jessica is experienced in guiding students through ABRSM, Trinity, LCM, Rock School grades from grade 1 through to diploma level, Yamaha Rockschool grades from grade 1 to grade 8, GCSE, all of that including skill of Scale, Sight-reading, Aural training, Ear training and Analysing. Students can choose digital exam or face to face exam what they like.
Style:
Classical, Pop/ Popular song with Drum Beat backing tracks, film music and Jazz/ blues style. Depends on student’s favour.
