I am a natural trainer, mentor, and coach, able to describe topics in a very simple way. I always ensure learning has taken place by using questioning techniques to establish that everyone has grasped the topics before moving on. My courses are always easy to follow, structured, interactive and fun. I always offer support after the course and will provide user guides, quick reference guides, and frequently asked question sheet and work with lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations. I have trained, coached, and mentored adults and young people. I have approximately 16 years’ experience of training, training management, project management, change and transformation, PMO and senior level working. I have always included training, mentoring, and coaching within every role I have had no matter how senior. I like to get my hands dirty and work with all levels of staff, to help facilitate effective and lasting learning, personal and professional development, change and transformation.
