My lessons are interactive and engaging. I try to make the topics interesting for you and relevant to your goals. I like to use different teaching formats so we can discover how you learn best. Typically, there will be an instruction portion, during which I explain the concepts and uses. Then there will be an activity of activities to allow you to put it into practice. The activities may be verbal or written, and sometimes both! We will usually close with a discussion about how it went, what worked for you, and what you might be struggling with. It is very important to me that you are provided a safe space to learn and express yourself, and that you have a positive experience, not just an educational one (which it will be!)
