For new topics, I begin by breaking down key concepts step-by-step, using clear explanations, examples, and visual notes on OneNote to build a solid understanding. Once the student feels confident with the material, we move on to guided practice and problem-solving to reinforce what they’ve learned. When it comes to exam preparation, my lessons focus on applying knowledge through past papers and exam-style questions. This helps students become familiar with the types of problems they’ll encounter, develop effective strategies, and manage their time under exam conditions.

I believe that maths should not feel intimidating—it’s about logic, patterns, and problem-solving, and once students see this, their confidence grows rapidly.
