This for me is where independence in intelligence intersect. Where we become the best versions of our selves. I work with people to develop their capacity to perform focusing on self determination, effective communication, resilience and problem solving. I don’t have the answers you do. My job is to help you or your organisation find them.
I have nearly 40 years experience of working with people, teaching, leading, and coaching. I believe in challenge as well as support. I teach you about failing forward as the starting point for success, and I hold you accountable for what you tell me you are going to do!
I start with you, your aspirations, skills and wants. We turn this into measurable goals and we put together your plan for achieving them. We unpick the potential blockers to success and work together to eradicate them.
My work is with individuals, small groups, all the way through to large teams.
