- I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute but when I was 19 I dropped out of University and took a part-time job in a major UK retailer. Over the next 22 years I worked my way up in that organisation to become the Head of Accuracy, Loss, Security and Fraud responsible for a £14bn turnover business with 60,000 colleagues. During that time I studied with Stanford Graduate School of Business, Imperial College London and Keble College Oxford. My experience at 19 is what has fuelled my interest in personal development and high performance. The bit of my roles that I have always enjoyed the most is supporting my teams with growing their performance, wellness and resilience by focusing on growing their confidence and their capability.
- My lessons are interactive, practical and tailored to each individual's goals.
- Sessions are 60 minutes but can be tailored to individual requirements with longer more in-depth sessions available.
- Sessions blend discussion, reflection and applied exercises to help you build your knowledge and your confidence. As part of this I will help you identify your purpose, values and superpowers and use these to review, update or build your personal development plan.
- I specialise in building personal and team resilience.
- I have a Level 7 award in Leadership and Strategic Management with Imperial College and am a Chartered Fellow with the Chartered Management Institute. I have also completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Ignite Programme.
- I work with students aged 16+, further and higher education students, professionals and career changers who want to build their personal and business confidence and I do this via engaging and supportive online sessions. I can also provide in person services aswell if this would be more appropriate to you.
- I have chaired multiple Graduate Assessment Centres and supported many graduates with their onboarding to business and can therefore support with interview practice and employability skills.
- I also give talks in schools focused on The Importance of Personal Resilience, Building a Personal Brand, How Development Planning Can Aid Personal and Professional Growth, Insights into a Career in Retail.
