I am pleased to be able to offer English lessons to learners who have another language as a mother tongue.

Whether in an academic or business context, I provide one to one and group lessons as required.
(On line lessons one to one only).
Lesson content includes exercises which enable the pupil to acquire comprehensive knowledge of the workings of U.K. society and thus aid successful integration.
Group exercises are more effective where pupils are at a similar level of English language competence, thus maintaining group interest and maximising effective participation of group members. Maximum number of pupils per group = 10.
It is important to emphasise that where a group lesson is conducted in a specific language (eg English, French, German) that all participants use only the language of the lesson.
Switching between languages is of course an option for one to one lessons.
