My teaching methods primarily follow the TEFL PPP structure, which is presentation, practice and production. Using this format allows me to clearly present and demonstrate the target language, then create a small task in which the student will practice the target language and then lastly during production, the student will try and use the target language on their own. I find that this format works well, both one on one and in group settings, as for example, during the practice and production stages I can create group tasks that support the use of the target language. As a person and teacher I am extremely personable and friendly. I find it easy to engage with new people and would say I actually thrive when speaking to new people. I have demonstrated this in two of my previous employment roles, where I have been a team leader. Therefore, I am able to guide and lead a team with ease which in turn allows me to build and maintain strong working relationships.
