My lessons are completely tailored to each individual student. I usually begin with an initial session where we talk about what you enjoy, what you struggle with, and how you learn best. From there, I use the GCSE maths specification to guide our sessions—I'll ask you to pick out the topics you find most difficult, and I’ll create clear, step-by-step PowerPoint presentations with worked examples to help you build confidence in those areas.

I’m also happy to help with homework, revision strategies, or specific questions you’re stuck on. My lessons are flexible—some students prefer a more structured, topic-by-topic approach, while others benefit from going through exam papers or classwork together. We’ll work in the way that suits you best.

I’ve always loved maths, and that passion comes through in my tutoring. I’m currently studying A-level Maths, Further Maths, Physics and English Literature, and I’m predicted A/A* grades. I also achieved four grade 9s and six grade 8s at GCSE, including top marks in maths and related subjects. My experience includes volunteering at my school’s Learning Support Centre Maths homework club and tutoring other students in both maths and English.

My goal is to make maths feel less intimidating and more rewarding. I believe that with the right guidance and a bit of patience, anyone can improve—and even start to enjoy the subject.
