My lessons are fun, friendly, and designed to help students feel relaxed, confident, and proud of their progress. I believe learning shouldn’t feel scary or boring, so I create a positive space where students feel comfortable asking questions, having a go, and learning from mistakes (because that’s how we actually improve!).
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s age, level, and goals. We usually start with a quick, easy recap to warm up the brain, then move on to new topics or tricky areas that need extra support. I break things down into simple steps, use clear examples, and include plenty of practice so learning feels manageable and enjoyable rather than overwhelming.
I teach students from primary school through to secondary and GCSE level. Younger learners enjoy interactive, confidence-boosting sessions, while older students and GCSE learners focus on understanding key topics, building strong exam technique, and feeling more in control of their learning. I keep lessons varied so they stay interesting and engaging.
With experience in both classroom teaching and one-to-one support, I understand that every student learns differently. My approach is patient, encouraging, and flexible. I offer both online and in-person lessons, and my goal is simple: to make learning feel easier, more enjoyable, and something students actually look forward to.
