I want to revive the art of teaching English. Find ways to grasp students of this day in age.
A combination of novels, poems, Shakespeare and beautifully written books such as The curious incident of the Dog and the Nighttime. I love the use of metaphors, personification and similes so it would be lovely to get the children to think big and engage. I want to dive deep into the meaning behind books with the children, the thought processes and hear back from students their interpretations. I want to unlock the imagination of my potential students, and spark inspiration in order for them to write their own stories, poems, creative writing pieces and so much more.
