I am currently a part-time Psychology Tutor at a University, delivering both face-to-face and online instruction. I currently teach Forensic Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Neuropsychological Testing Across the Human Lifespan—modules that require both subject expertise and the ability to make complex theoretical and clinical concepts accessible to a diverse student body.

Prior to joining the university, I taught psychology for five years at College level. This role gave me extensive experience supporting students at varying academic levels and backgrounds, and helped shape my inclusive, student-centred teaching approach.

My university teaching role ran alongside the completion of my Master’s degree in Neuroscience, during which I conducted a research project validating novel MRI methods to assess tissue water content. While rooted in biomedical imaging, this project deepened my understanding of neuropsychological function and further ignited my interest in the biological underpinnings of behaviour.

I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Supporting Student Learning, a Postgraduate Certificate in Systematic Review Training, and I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AHEA). These qualifications underpin my commitment to evidence-based teaching and continuous pedagogical development. Additionally, I have published work in peer-reviewed journals across the fields of nutrition, psychology, and neuroscience, which reflects my ongoing engagement with interdisciplinary research and informs my teaching practice.
I have substantial experience in remote and hybrid teaching environments and am confident using digital platforms to create interactive, inclusive, and engaging sessions. I am committed to helping students feel connected and supported, regardless of where or how they are learning.

In summary, I bring a robust combination of academic knowledge, teaching experience across multiple levels, formal pedagogical training, and a passion for psychology education. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute to your remote teaching team and support your students' academic growth.
