I initially like to give my students a quick assessment just so that I as a teacher can analyse what level we would potentially be working at. I initially like to give my students a quick assessment just so that I as a teacher can analyse what level we would potentially be working at. I also like doing this so I can praise my students on what they know but also give them extra support on their weaker areas; then from this point forward I plan my lessons tailored to each student in which I make resources where we work together to reach our desired grades :)

Charmaine is really genuine and caring towards her students and you can see that she genuinely wants them to strive for the best grades! I really do recommend as she’s very sympathetic, supportive and helps me understand my learning.
