My lessons are structured, engaging, and designed to support every learner in developing confidence, fluency, and independence. I use a consistent format that blends clear modelling, guided practice, and meaningful opportunities for students to apply their learning in purposeful ways. Each session is dynamic and interactive, with a strong emphasis on creating an inclusive, supportive environment where all learners feel motivated and able to succeed. Through my experience leading PSHE and multiplication, as well as designing and implementing a progressive literacy curriculum from EYFS to KS2, I ensure that lessons are carefully sequenced, ambitious, and aligned with wider whole-school priorities. I draw on high-quality teaching strategies, including effective questioning, retrieval practice, and scaffolded learning, to ensure concepts are built securely and revisited over time. Behaviour routines are calm, predictable, and rooted in positive relationships, enabling learners to engage fully and confidently in every part of the lesson. Collaboration is a key part of my approach: I frequently model practice, share strategies and deliver CPD, which strengthens my teaching and reinforces my commitment to continual improvement. Above all, my lessons are driven by a belief that every learner deserves an enriching and empowering education. I work hard to foster curiosity, independence and resilience, encouraging students to take ownership of their learning and celebrate their progress. My goal is always to create lessons that are purposeful, enjoyable and impactful, ensuring that all learners—regardless of background or starting point—are supported to thrive and achieve highly.
