I’m an EMCC-accredited executive coach working with professionals at different stages of their careers, from those early on and finding their direction, to those stepping into more responsibility or navigating change.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable, but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves. Common themes include self-doubt, imposter syndrome, difficulty prioritising, or uncertainty around career decisions. Others come to coaching during periods of transition - starting a new role, considering a change, or trying to regain confidence after a challenging experience.

In our sessions, I create a calm, confidential space where you can slow down and think things through properly. Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. Instead, I’ll ask questions that help you see things more clearly, understand what’s getting in the way, and reconnect with your own judgement.

My style is supportive, but also gently challenging where it’s helpful. Often, when you’re able to step back and look at your situation more honestly, things begin to shift - decisions feel clearer, and confidence starts to return.

Alongside my coaching training, I bring over 10 years of experience working in startups, scale-ups and not-for-profits. I also bring lived experience of burnout, career changes, and navigating periods of uncertainty, so I understand how these moments can feel in practice, not just in theory.
