Each session is structured but flexible. We typically begin by identifying your objectives, challenges, or assignment requirements, and then work through relevant leadership and management concepts in a way that makes them easy to understand and apply. I combine recognised frameworks with real-world examples from my experience managing teams and working within the education sector, helping you bridge the gap between theory and practice.

My teaching style is supportive, professional, and focused on building your confidence. I create a comfortable environment where you can ask questions freely, develop your understanding, and make meaningful progress.

With my experience managing teams of up to 12 people and working extensively in education, I understand both the academic requirements and the realities of leadership in the workplace. My goal is not just to help you pass your qualification, but to help you become a confident, capable leader.
