I am a fully qualifies swimming teacher, sports massage therapist, sports nutrition therapist and a diploma in anatomy and physiology.
I have been a SEN teaching assistant specialising in PE for nearly 5 years now and I am looking at using the skills I have learnt to help others pave a way to working in sport.
I am happy to help and pass on my knowledge as well as I can.
I will plan lessons in advance and this will be based on the requirements of the student. I am passionate about the next generation working within sport and be healthy and successful in this subject.
I was a county swimmer for over 15 years of my life and feel that any sport is a life skill and we should be passing this knowledge on to help others learn and teach others this importance. I am a very organised person so there will be well planned lessons which are straight to the point and cover all the information and skills that you need.
I have a quite laid back approach to learning and want it to be enjoyable at the same time as knowledgeable.
I will structure each lesson to cover a specific part of the subject and then homework or tasks to complete at home will be set to take into the next lesson. I love learning as we go along together as well as everyone learns differently and that is why I love teaching and helping others to learn
