For our lessons together, I will always break down a large concept into smaller bits. This will include a fun activity relevant to the task at hand, lots of questions, active recall and more. The lessons however will be altered depending on what you need help with, as educating is not a one-size fits all. In these lessons, I will provide you with my own created resources so they are more tailored to your own educational needs and experiences. Additionally, I like to include practicality in lessons, whether this means applying what you’re learning on your own instruments, or me demonstrating on mine.

I am a 2nd year University Student and I study Music. I also did GSCE and A-level music. Because I sat these exams not long ago, I have first hand experience of the current curriculum in place. This means I have better understanding of what concepts you may be struggling with, and this means I can use this to provide a top notch tutoring service. Additionally, I play the flute, and I play in 3 orchestras in my spare time. This has helped me learn heaps more about music, and I am exposed to many concepts and ideas that I can include in your sessions.
