I can offer online tutoring sessions based on the students need. I will make personalised PowerPoint based on the needs of the specific student and what they feel they need on that specific day. I will use a mix of exam style questions and my own questions created for the topic alongside fun worksheets for plenary activities. I would like to be a friendly face to the students and make learning a fun and enjoyable time.

A normal lesson would follow a general starter of material best suited for the students age and level. After that there will be a section of questions for that specific subject area to test what knowledge the student has before the session. Then a section of reteaching with worked examples that we can work through together. Then questions to test the students knowledge before working through harder abilty questions. And finally doing a review and asking for what is wanted to be done in the next session we have together.

Before the first tutoring session I would like the student to do a little test so I can't get an idea of the current abilty of the student. Alongside that to get an idea of what areas they want to work on in specific.

I have very little experiance but want to gain more. I currently student teach a low abilty year 7 class once a week and help them along their way. This has sparked a love for caring and teaching others. Which has furthered my want to be a maths teacher one day.
