What Can I Help You With?
I have taught students of all ages and abilities, helping them prepare for exams such as the 11+, GCSEs, IB, A levels, IELTS, and Cambridge English Qualifications and generally improve their level of English across the four core skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I have also supported students on foundation year courses to progress to top UK universities. In addition, I can help with academic and study skills such as essay writing, research, and time management, as well as with university and college applications.

My Qualifications & Training
I hold a BA in English Language (First Class Honours) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education, and I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I have also completed training in IGCSE, IB, and IELTS. I am currently studying for a Cambridge Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages; this is the highest-level practical qualification for teaching English as a foreign language that exists. I am DBS checked and have completed training in safeguarding and keeping children safe in education.
