Hello, my name is Charlie Collins and I am a maths tutor offering both remote and in-person lessons in the Portsmouth area.
I achieved an A-level in Maths (C grade) and am currently studying at Loughborough University. I enjoy helping students build confidence in maths and understand topics clearly rather than just memorising methods.
I have experience working with young people and can support students with homework, exam preparation, and strengthening their core maths skills. I aim to explain concepts in a calm, patient, and supportive way, adapting my teaching style to suit each individual student.

Lessons can be delivered either online or face to face within the Portsmouth area, depending on what works best for you and your child. I am very flexible with timing and happy to work around school hours, after school, evenings, or weekends.
I am reliable, punctual, and responsible, and I understand the importance of consistency when supporting a student’s learning. My rates are affordable, making tutoring accessible without compromising on quality.
