I’m currently qualified as a level 3 in personal training, with over 10 years experience within the fitness industry, from coaching sports in South Africa to training with the Royal Marines commandos. Ranging from circuit training to high intensity weight training, I’m your PT! Vigorous training is no stranger and that’s what I’m here to offer, providing guidance through your fitness journey. I am excited to finally be able to share my experience and enthusiasm to others and am only getting started.
Qualifications -
• level 3 diploma in sports and fitness (lvl 2 fitness instructor, coach qualification, circuits and kettle bells)
• ?level 3 personal training qualification
At first I’ll asses you some exercises to gather an idea of what your level of fitness is currently! Once completed, we’ll run through a consultation of your aims, goals, objectives and medical background.
These will help me to tailor a program most suited for the individual to help them progress in their weakest areas as well as improving on their current strengths.
With regular check ins, clients should see steady improvement within the first month, weather that be in strength, techniques, muscle gain and weight loss!
I will be using an app called “PThub” which allows me to set individual clients their own personal programs/ nutritional guidelines, allowing me to connect and have regular contact with them, even being able to see their own log of completed sessions free of charge. If clients are looking for just set programs for 4 / 6 or 12 weeks, these will be paid depending on what their needs are!
